Terms of service

Our packages have been carefully designed for a certain age-group and number of kids attending the event. Please check the age group and maximum capacity of children at the top of each of our packages.

For instance, if you have a mixed group of ages between 6 months and 4 years old, we strongly encourage parents to book the “Ultimate Zone” which allows babies to be in a separate area to keep them safe from any rough play.

In any case, if unsure which is your right package, we are more than happy to help you.

Yes. All children aged under 2 years old will need to be accompanied by an adult whilst kids over two years old will have to be monitored at all times by a responsible adult.

Some of our rules of use are:

  • No face painting, glitter paint, silly string, party poppers to be used on or near the soft play area and ball pit.
  • No shoes in any soft play area and ball pits.
  • Children and adults must wear socks in the soft play area and ball pits at all times.
  • No food, drinks and cake consumption within or near the soft play area and ball pits.
  • No chairs, gazebos, tents are allowed on the soft play area (no exceptions);
  • Our soft play equipment and ball pits are to be used only by the adequate age group and number of children that is appropriate for each selected package.
  • Only toys and equipment provided by Bubs & Tots Soft Play are allowed in the soft play area and ball pit.
  • No glass, drinking glasses or bottles are allowed near or in the soft play area and ball pit.
  • No smoking or barbeques near the soft play area and ball pit.
  • No animals to be near or in the soft play area and ball pit.

We always make sure that our soft play equipment and ball pits are in perfect conditions before each event. Although our equipment is made of high-quality materials, should a breakage happen, don’t allow kids to play with the damaged item and remove it immediately from the soft play area.

Please do not try to fix the item and notify us as soon as possible. When we receive the equipment back, we will evaluate the damage and cause.

As per our terms and conditions you may be liable to pay for repairs or the replacement of the entire item if the damaged parts cannot be replaced.

Please note that all of our packages are inclusive of delivery, set up and collection. This is to guarantee your chosen package will look exactly as it looks in our pictures (well maintained, clean and tidy).

Unfortunately, we do not accept bookings at parks.

Our soft play equipment and ball pits are to be used in indoors areas and exterior ONLY if shaded. This is due to the equipment can get very hot if exposed to direct sun light and to maintain the integrity of the equipment.

We offer free local delivery within 20 Km from our Brabham location (see Map in the “Contact us” section for your easy reference). After 20 Km, distance will be calculated using Google Maps, and a delivery fee of $4 per kilometre will apply. For example, if you live 22 Km from our location that will incur in a delivery fee of $4/Km x 2= $8.

Cleaning & security

Our soft play equipment, ball pits and ball pit balls are carefully disinfected and sanitised after each event, using the best products to kill 99.9% of bacteria, viruses, mold, fungus, and germs. We use a professional ball-washing machine that deeply cleans, disinfect and dries each ball.

We have also completed a certificate of “Infection Control Training – COVID 19” for your peace of mind.

Absolutely! We are covered for up to $20,000,000.00 for public and product liability.

Booking & payment

To secure a booking you must pay 50% deposit or in full. The outstanding balance must be paid 2 weeks prior to the booking date.

You may pay via direct deposit, bank transfer and credit card*.

*Credit card transactions will incur a transaction fee of 2.2%. This cost is incurred by credit card processing facilities and unfortunately is unavoidable.

Yes, the deposit will be refunded only if the soft play equipment is returned completely clean, dry, not damaged, not stained, not moved and ALL play balls are inside the ball pit when collecting. Bubs & Tots Soft Play reserve the right to retain the bond if the Hirer breaches any of these terms and conditions.
